If you ask a St. Lucian for dining recommendations, it's likely they will quote from a list of local haunts that have become beloved on the island over the years. Every town and village has its secret go-to spots for barbecue chicken, fresh catch of the day on the grill or a hearty pumpkin soup, and some only open once a week…they're that good!
