Eating around Saint Lucia doesn’t have to be an expensive activity if you know where to look. Delicious, valued-priced restaurants offering an international array of flavours and culinary adventures can be found from the north to the south, usually wherever there’s a queue of discerning locals.
If you ask a St. Lucian for dining recommendations, it's likely they will quote from a list of local haunts that have become beloved on the island over the years. Every town and village has its secret go-to spots for barbecue chicken, fresh catch of the day on the grill or a hearty pumpkin soup, and some only open once a week…they're that good! The rule of thumb is that if the local community swear by it, give 'it' a try!
